The project consisted of a range of facilities and services which made it the perfect choice for all those Maadi residents who were looking for better homes yet were keen to remain in Maadi and didn’t want to move elsewhere. This project consisted of three phases, Breeze, Horizon and the third phase, which we communicated in our campaign.

With a track record of successful projects, Wadi Degla Developments has always been known to under-promise and over-deliver.Promenade Maadi promised its residents the services and facilities of the compounds in the suburbs yet in the heart of Maadi in Cairo.

Our goal was clear. Raise awareness about the the project’s third phase and generate highly qualified leads at a much lower cost per acquisition.

Insight & Strategy

Using real images from Maadi, we reminded our audience about the beauty of the neighborhood with a carefully targeted campaign.

Utilizing a custom audience of people interested in real estate, we created a lookalike audience on Facebook whom we engaged with the campaign to create a conversation and generate interest and curiosity about the project.
